Salad Rolls

I know my presentation leaves something to be desired, but they were really good and really easy. Unlike ones I've made before, they had mint inside, and the sauce was cooked and had garlic in it. I was hoping for lots of leftovers, but only ended up with a couple for lunch tomorrow!
