I saw this photo on a (mostly) fashion blog based somewhere in the States, and something about it seemed kind of familiar. Those trees, that shoreline; sure enough, it's Quadra's neighbor island, Cortes. And a beautiful house that has been built there, right on the water, with fantastic views through walls of windows.
